About SoftCOM 2021 The 29 th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2021) is co-organized by the University of Split, FESB and Croatian Communications and Information Society (CCIS),  and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Communications Society. The conference will be held on September 23-25, 2021 on the beautiful island of Hvar located on the magnificent Croatian Adriatic coast. Authors are invited to submit their high-quality papers representing original results in all areas of communications software, services and applications, telecommunications and computer networks.
